Amr Altahawi

Amr Altahawi is the founder of Dandana Networks – including Dandana TV, Dandana Pictures and Dandana TV Productions. During his successful career on Wall Street and launching his investment company, Mr. Altahawi’s focus shifted towards a life-long dream as an immigrant Arab-American. Amr started working tirelessly on creating a new and unique platform to open up the lines of communication between the Middle Eastern immigrants and other worldly cultures. After launching the fastest growing Middle Eastern music pack on the Dish Network Satellite, Dandana TV’s success is reaching second and third generation immigrants as well as Americans that want to learn more about the Middle Eastern entertainment industry and the Arab-American social aspect the network’s one-of-a-kind live talk shows and rich music videos.

Dandana TV reaches thousands of viewers through the Dish Network Satellite in the US and Rogers Cable in Canada.

As a leading businessman and prominent member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Mr. Altahawi has written numerous articles in newspapers about investing in the U.S. markets. He has also appeared regularly on network TV discussing the US markets and the industry itself. Mr. Altahwi is the lead investment banker on a number of high profile IPO’s, listed on the NASDAQ Exchange.

Mr. Altahawi holds a law degree from Cairo University and PH.D in finance from Chelsea University in London.

Anna Hirmiz

San Diego's finest and producer/host of her own show "Hot Spots" on DandanaTV, Anna Hirmiz doesn't stop to amaze as she makes her way on the map and stamps her name internationally! With her stunning beauty, thriving intelligence, and talent beyond words, Anna has come a long way from her humble beginnings. Graduating from the Arts Institute of Phoenix (AI) in '09, she slowly began her quest as a professional fashion marketer, as she graduated in top of her class with honors. An active member of Fashion Group International (FGI), president of Fashion Uncensored, and a member of numerous other group affiliations. Having an eye for fashion has not only allowed her to fulfill unprecedented challenges and accomplishments but has opened a window of networking opportunities from meeting and working with celebrities, to coordinating high-caliber productions, and fashion show events. She didn't stop there, as Anna glamorized her way as a professional make-up artist and stylist backstage at runway shows, working on sets at music videos, to then shining the screens as the lead female role in a popular Middle Eastern music video that aired worldwide. Because of Anna's work ethic and charismatic personality, she has been able to meet and mingle with famous celebrities such as the Kardashian sisters, Ice Cube, LL Cool J, Shakira, Nick Cannon, Sean Paul, and many more! With her years of experience as a commercial actor and print model, it has only given her that much more confidence and determination to strive for her dreams. Riad El Tunsi

Riad El Tunsi was born in Tunisia then studied and lived in Morocco before immigrating to the united states in the mid ninety's. He has a diverse and genuine personality, he is an artist, writer, poet, journalist, producer, host and he is a very active member in the north African community in the united states. Riad has a bachelors degree in political science from Morocco, academical Arabic music studies and he is the chief editor of his own Newspaper "ARAB AMERICAN VISION" besides writing articles for various different Arabic Newspapers in North America. he is fluent in four languages English, Arabic, French and Italian and has published two books of poetry in the past few years. Riad is a guest speaker and activist for various humanitarian and non-profit organizations and many cultural events associated with some universities in the New York/New Jersey and Pennsylvania area and has found his new passion in life, working in television as a host and producer with dandana tv for the past 3 years. Riad El Tunsi has been promoting the Tunisian and North African values and culture in the united states for the last fifteen years and promoted freedom of speech and democracy in the great Maghreb Arab region through writing, television and internet blogging .


Randa Fahmy Hudome

Randa Fahmy Hudome is a recognized expert in both the energy sector and international affairs. Her professional career of more than two decades spans service in both the executive and legislative branches of the U.S. government, as well as in the private sector. Ms. Fahmy Hudome is President of Fahmy Hudome International (FHI), a strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. that provides advisory services to an elite group of international and domestic clients. Prior to founding FHI, Randa served as the Associate Deputy Secretary of Energy in the Administration of President George W. Bush. From 1995-2001, she served on Capitol Hill as Foreign Policy Counselor to Senator Spencer Abraham (R-MI), where she was instrumental in shaping legislation affecting U.S. interests abroad. Previously, Ms. Fahmy Hudome served as the congressional liaison for the National Association of Arab Americans (NAAA), the premier lobbying organization of the Arab American community, devoted to promoting peace and stability in the Middle East. Randa's credentials include a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and she has practiced as an attorney with the New York law firm of Willkie, Farr and Gallagher. Randa Joined Dandana TV mid 2011 and is now the producer & host of 'Liberation Square'.


Mounes Elshourbagy

Director Mounes Elshourbagy graduated from the academy of arts "art of cinema" in 2000; in his early years he worked as a TV shows director for the prominent ART channels. Then he moved to direct the famous TV show "Alkaherah Elyoum" with the renowned presenter Amr Adib and Nervana at the Orbit satellite channel. Later, he directed TV shows at Video Cairo for many years. Then he became an advertisement director and producer at "Phenix Ad Agency" directing high-end commercials to top corporate clientele. Director Mounes Elshourbagy has broke through the cinema industry with his first successful featured film "Lahazat Onothah (feminine moments)" for the production house "Alarabia for film - production and distribution", the lead actors of this featured film was "Ola Ghanem, Gumana Murad, Hussin elemam and Ibrahim Yousry". From his first successful featured film he was elected to direct his second featured film "Alakat Sakhenah (Hot Relations)", with the lead role of "Doly Shahin, Ola Ghanem, Intesar and Shrif Salama". Director Mounes Elshourbagy also joined Rotana network to direct the TV show "Ya Hala", at Rotana studios in Dubai. Mounes Joined Dandana TV late 2010 as a Production Director, host of a new program (Popcorn) and producer of several programs.


Joseph Najjiar

Joseph Naggiar – Host Extraordinaire is the Producer and Host of the “Arab American Beat.” Joseph is a six-year veteran of the media industry, who began his tenure at Dandana TV in March of 2007 as co-host of ‘Talk It Out’ with Zeina Yazbek. Shortly thereafter, he conceived and developed the “Arab American Beat,” a weekly featurette that projects the insider track into the Arab American mosaic.

On a personal level, Joseph enjoys grooving to melodious beats, expressing himself through poetry and fashion and living a healthy and adventurous lifestyle. And while his beloved family and friends might describe him as the life of a party, he sees himself as a simple shepherd roaming life’s humble hills.





Dania Deri

Dania Deri was born in Syria and decided to move to the United States in 1994. She has a bachelor's degree in broadcasting from CSB Broadcasting School in New Jersey. Dania made her television debut on the screen of Dandana TV as the network’s first host in 2003 on the show Nogoom Dandana which highlights the career paths of the Middle-East’s biggest entertainment stars.

In 2006, coming from her own experience as a mother of three, Dania realized the need for a social televised talk show that gives the Arab-American families tips on their daily lives including subjects on beauty and health. That’s when the idea for the live morning talk show Sabaho came to life making the program the first US-based lifestyle televised magazine for the Arab-American family.

Late 2010, Dania played a reality role as a TV Host in mini drama produced by Dandana Pictures, and currently launched her new program "Dandana Magazine" which highlights the Arabic community's activities abroad and covers their most important events.
